Happy St Patrick’s Day! I’m keeping it simple with a few Irish Bucks.
Here’s how to make Irish Bucks at home.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Jameson whiskey
- Ginger ale, to top
- 1 lime
- Mint leaves for garnish
Method
Add ice to a rocks glass and pour in your Jameson Whiskey. Thinly slice your lime and slot it in. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a bit of mint.
